We need your help in MANY ways:
Land Lubbers
We need Ocean Advocate Educators who would like to help teach coral reef conservation classes and outreach to schools and we need an army of volunteers to help us remove litter from local waterways.
Bubble Blowers
We need divers to act as citizen scientists helping us with underwater research and conservation efforts like population density surveys, the creation of artificial reefs, debris removal or invasive species eradication.
VOLUNTEER TESTIMONIALS
Hear directly from the students and volunteers who have joined Reef Expeditions in the field. Whether you are a student seeking hands-on learning or a volunteer ready to contribute your time and talents, we invite you to join us on land or underwater. Become part of a community working together to understand, protect, and restore our natural world.
Join the Emerging Leaders Council
Reef Expeditions is recruiting members for its Emerging Leaders Council, a volunteer advisory group created to elevate emerging voices, fresh perspectives, creativity, and technical expertise in conservation.
The council is designed primarily to provide leadership opportunities for adults ages 18–30, although qualified applicants outside this age range are also welcome and may be considered.
Council members will help shape conservation programs, educational activities, community events, citizen-science projects, public communications, and digital outreach. Members will gain valuable experience collaborating with scientists, educators, conservation professionals, and nonprofit leaders.
Applicants must be at least 18 years old. The anticipated commitment is approximately 3–5 hours per month for a one-year volunteer term.
To apply, email your résumé and a brief statement describing your interest in the Emerging Leaders Council to [email protected].
