Future Concerns

2024

 – Bonaire: In September of 2024, we will be returning to Bonaire to conduct comparative population density surveys for fish, invertebrates and coral. We will access the spread of Stony Coral Tissue Loss Disease afflicting corals. We will be working with a partner organization to learn the skills of photogrammetry and their use for comparing reefs over time. last, we will work with the local government to access the need for mangrove, seagrass and coral restoration.
